Property Description


The house sits on a private one acre wooded lot in a prestigious 15 home subdivision. Property has a beautiful forrest view and is located 7 minutes from the shopping/financial/entertainment district of Buckhead. Sandy Springs shopping and restaurants are right around the corner and downtown Atlanta is a 15 minute drive depending of traffic.

The house has two suites and two regular bedrooms. The first suite is the master located on the first floor. It has vaulted ceilings, sitting area, walk in closet, stall shower and jacuzzi tub. The second suite is located on the top floor and has a bedroom and small living room. The other two bedrooms are located on the top floor as well. There's two bathrooms on the top floor one of which is shared. One of the bedrooms is an office, however, it can be used as a bedroom as it has a pullout sofabed.

Bedrooms aside, the house also has a large den, dining room, living room, laundry room, entry hall and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. There's also breakfast bar as well as a seperate eating area in the kitchen. Right outside is a deck, grill, and a seating area with a beautiful view.
