If you are interested in being on these marketing lists, which will give your property additional exposure, in exchange the owner will give up to a 10% discount off your listed rental rate or pay a referral fee if you book a client. There is no additional fee to market your property with the EMP.
For Example: Mega Corp ABC relocates 1,000 employees each year and offers 3 months of furnished housing as part of their relocation package. Mega Corp ABC then contracts with RELO XYZ or Corporate Housing Company XYZ to take care of all their details and provides special consolidated billing. Unless your property is offered through the Exclusive Marketing Program, a full service corporate housing company or locating service will not have access to your property for the needs of Mega Corp ABC.
Corporate Housing companies and locating services typically make their commissions by receiving volume discounts from apartment complexes and individual property owners. If you are interested in participating in the EMP, login to your property details and Check off that you are interested. By checking the box you are agreeing to give a up to a 10% rental rate discount or a referral fee to qualified third party companies. A EMP seal will be added to your listing for potential corporate users to identify. These companies will add your property or properties to their marking lists and may be in touch with you to get more details on your property.
