Travel Guard is a reliable, and respected company who’s plans cover six million travelers annually. We urge you to consider purchasing these Travel Guard plans to cover your vacation investment.

In lieu of paying a security deposit, we offer the option of purchasing the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance plan through Travel Guard ARDI) plan through Travel Guard. ARDI is an insurance plan that can provide coverage for accidental damages to the rental unit during your stay. If accidental damage should occur, the cost and coordination of repairs will be handled between the owner and Travel Guard through a simple process, not involving the guest. For an affordable $45, this plan covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage to the rental property or its contents, if caused by a registered guest or you can choose an increased coverage limit for $69 and have coverage up to $3,000.

For complete details, please refer to the Description of Coverage found here. You must notify the owner of any damage or theft to the nit during your occupancy. Failure to notify the owner may void your coverage under the plan and leave you responsible for any damage to the unit.

Cancel for Any Reason

If you would like more flexibility in your coverage, you can also add the Cancel for Any Reason Product (read flyer here) by clicking here. This will provide coverage for the unforseen events of the All Seasons Travel Plan but also allow yout o cancel for any reason (including work-related cancellation) if you buy the policy within 21-days of your deposit toward your rental and you cancel with Travel Guard 48-hours or more of your arrival to the unit.
