If you are unable to rent your property within 30 days, CHBO will extend your annual listing an additional six months for free from your current expiration date.*

How to fulfill the guarantee

To fulfill this guarantee, simply contact us in writing, through our online form, within 30 to 60 days of your original purchase date. When you contact us, a CHBO Property Specialist will review your listing, provide recommendations (if needed) and extend your annual listing as promised. Our goal is to help you increase the hits to your property and get it rented.

*In order for CHBO to honor the guarantee, the property advertised must have had the following: active all thirty days on CHBO, have at least three clear photos, a thirty day minimum stay, furnished unit, marked as CHBO complete, working phone number listed and a completely filled out listing.
