If property Owner wishes to remove the listing from the website, Corporate Housing by Owner can inactivate the property listing and reactivate it in the future. The listing will be in force through the original term and the renewal date will not be changed. If property owners sell their property, Corporate Housing by Owner can transfer the listing to the new owner with no charge. NO REFUND will be given for the properties that are sold, whether or not they are transferred to the new advertiser.
