At CHBO, we believe that renters deserve the information they need to make educated decisions about rentals, including detailed listings and property reviews. Renters should also be able to discuss rentals directly with property owners and negotiate a deal that works for both parties. Founded in in 2005 by corporate housing experts Kimberly and Eric Smith, CHBO was designed to meet the expanding extended stay lodging needs of the traveling public and to provide a marketing solution for property owners. We serve as a middleman, providing renters with detailed property listings from property owners we trust. Our services are always free to renters seeking a rental; landlords pay a small fee to be included in our directory of thousands of listings.

Who we serve? Everyone.

Our renters are mainly consist of corporate travelers, vacationers, military personnel, medical personnel and business professionals–however, anyone can rent or list a property with us; we don’t have specific qualifications other than your desire to be part of the rental process.

Our renters are people who need both permanent and short-term accommodations. we offer listings to meet a wide range of budgetary needs; our property list contains everything from efficiency studios to high-end homes. flexible leasing programs and properties that allow pets are sure to be found among our listings.

We are committed to the success of both our renters and our property owners. we educate property owners about the unique needs of the corporate housing market to better aid them in meeting renters’ expectations. we also interact regularly with renters to make sure we understand exactly what they expect.
We make it easy for renters and property owners to connect. Our services are always free to renters; we charge property owners minimal fees so that quality owners can easily list with us. we also offer the CHBO complete program to make it even easier for renters and quality property owners to connect.
