If a property manager claims that one of his tenants posted a review through CHBO but it did not go through, what should I do?

As the property manager, please check the request review log in your account here, https://www.corporatehousingbyowner.com/dashboard/properties under the reviews column. You can re-request if you still seeing it pending. If not, contact us along with the name and email of the person who posted the review. We will track the review and update you.
