I stayed at this property a few months ago and would definitely recommend it to others (especially if you were looking to be in close proximity to Perimeter mall).It was in a swim and tennis community so very convenient when I wanted to enjoy a dip in the pool, Many restaurants nearby which was also very nice. The Townhome was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Tom (landlord) was very pleasant and responsive to any questions I had.

My family of four (myself, my husband and two children) stayed in this lovely town house for several months this past summer and fall. It was spacious, comfortably furnished and in a very safe, quiet community. We enjoyed the pool during the summer months. It is close to everything (285, Chastain Park, many great restaurants, a Target, etc.) The landlord was very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone looking for a furnished short term rental. (Oh and the beds were soooo comfortable)!
