This was our temporary HQ as we moved to Portland to buy and remodel our next home. Loved staying here and Megan the owner was super helpful with the move-in. As others have mentioned, the location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and parks. Tanner Springs Park across the street is very special. We enjoyed our 3 1/2 month stay here, walking the Pearl, Alphabet, and downtown areas. Highly recommended for anyone needing furnished temporary housing. The building is quiet and well maintained.

We had amazing time in Portland. The condo is right in the heart of the Pearl district. We loved the area. There is so much to do. Parks, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the river, grocery stores. The condo is nicely furnished and has a great patio which we spent a lot of time on. The parking spot in the building made exploring Portland very convenient. The owner, Megan, is fantastic and even provided us a binder full of things to do and places to go in the area which we took full advantage of. We will miss Portland but are very thankful for such a lovely home to enjoy our time here.

This fully furnished condo in a perfect location in the Pearl was just what we needed. The owner is spectacularly easy to work with and made our two year rental a joy. Access to parks, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores is amazing- so much within easy walking distance. The condo has a great patio that is comfortable and quiet- great spot for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked and the furniture is comfortable and well cared for. The covered parking is super convenient and access to public transportation is right out your front door. The building has a nice workout facility and common space that is great for larger gatherings. If we ever have the chance to return to Portland, our first call would be to Megan!!

The combination of location, style and the owner make this by far the best place you can stay in Portland. I had a faultless stay for 90-days and cannot say enough good things about Megan, the owner and simply how fantastic she is. The location couldn’t be better to enjoying a “walking city life”. There is plenty to do and to places to visit all within a few blocks or even a two or three mile walk. And you’ll love the little Tanner Springs Park across the street. I visited it nearly every day after work to unwind. And finally, the condo itself is open and easy. I could relax, get work completed in the den/office space as needed. Loved the patio, and the fact there was never any noise or distributions. And don’t get me started with how well stocked the place is/was! Simply blew me away. So, if you’ve opened this add, and a 1bd/1da works for you—JUST DO IT! :-)

Awesome little condo! Owner is easy to work with and quick to respond, answering any questions we had. The condo is located in a great spot - right in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District, near all kinds of shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. We found the kitchen, bath and bedrooms all stocked with new supplies and amenities. The outdoor patio is lovely and perfect for dining al fresco and the free parking spot was an added bonus as we ended up parking our car and using the convenient public transport! I would definitely love to stay here again!
