This is a spacious house, close to everything in Austin and with a nice owner.
We picked this house because we wanted a place in Austin that would allow us to work online and be close enough for in person meetings. On cold days we worked from the office and living room. As the weather warmed up, we worked from the giant table outside. (Thankfully, the table and much of the backyard was shaded so we felt comfortable even on hot Texas days.)
The home is in a good location, so I was able to ride a bike to most places, like Barton Springs Pool and downtown Austin.
Finally, Nate is a nice guy who was incredibly responsive. I'm happy I could show my appreciation by coming here and telling the community about him and the home we rented from him.

My wife and I stayed here for a few months along with our two dogs while waiting to move into our new house. It was a great experience. The backyard is huge which our dogs loved along with a great deck to hang out on. The bedrooms were also spacious and super comfortable. There is tons of storage including a full two car garage and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nate the owner could not have been nicer or more responsive. We also enjoyed the location with easy access to downtown and friendly, welcoming neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay!
