Details and Terms


The monthly rate includes:
• A Utility Cap provides the tenant with an allowance for municipal water/sewer services, electricity, and natural gas. Overages exceeding this allowance need to be paid by the tenant.
• Snow removal service is limited to driveway and sidewalk from front door to driveway when snow accumulation reaches 2" or more. Tenant is responsible for shoveling snow when less snow accumulation occurs. Due to lawn and flower bed damage, snow plow services are prohibited.
