Rent includes all furnishings, appliances, household items and cable/Wi-Fi and water/trash pick-up. Electricity will be invoiced separately. Property does have external cameras and monitored security system. Smoking/Vaping not allowed inside premises. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed if smoking/vaping requires above and beyond wear and tear deep cleaning. Pets are not allowed to urinated/defecate on premises with proper clean up by the owners. Pet's urine and feces are detrimental to the landscaping which was done with great care. Please place all rubbish the bins provided and not hang anything over the lanai railing.
