Santana Row 2/2 Upgraded & Fully Furnish - Corporate Housing Rental - 3053

Incredible location - If you are traveling to the Silicon Valley/San Jose area, there is no better place than Santana Row! Everything is just steps away - shopping, top notch restaurants, cafe, night life. Beautiful modern condo with every amenity you could need. The place was just remodeled so everything is new and perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc. 2 TV's with cable and full packages. Reserved underground parking. Access only Building. Host was equally great - Mandana was very responsive and helped us with moving in and showing us the condo and the building, gave us great recommendations, and easy move out instructions.

Very nice place - just as described. Monnie was a great host - we had a lot of questions about the area and getting around and she was always very quick to respond. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. She had everything setup at the house - fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, robes, extra bedding, lots of towels. There really wasn't anything we needed that was not available. The King bed was the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Walk in closets. We will definitely rent here again when we come back to the area!

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT! The owner is fraudulently as he withheld over $1300 from our deposit for a series of ridiculous charges including $275 for blankets that we have PROOF from the post office we mailed back and $175 for a cheap lamp that was already broken and we actually replaced with a brand new lamp. Plus they charged us for an extra day of rent by claiming they couldn't "access the unit" when in fact the exit instructions say to leave all keys in the unit (and we did so!). Please do NOT rent this apartment unless you are prepared to have all or part of your deposit stolen.

Wow what a gorgeous condo and location!!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and everything we needed was included. Owner was very responsive and great customer service. Received our deposit back in full very quickly. Santana Row is definitely the place to be - best restaurants, shopping, and very upscale location.

I stayed here this winter and it was the perfect location and apartment. Close to the freeways and even closer to great restaurants, shops, gym and spas. The building and general area were safe and secure and neighbors were friendly. The unit had everything I needed and a high quality bed for a perfect night's sleep. Only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars was that during the holiday season the traffic into the area can be backed up a bit and late night weekend noise can be like any city living. Those slight inconveniences were totally worth the trade off for the perfect location and easy shopping convenience the rest of the time. I would definitely come back for my next assignment in the silicon valley and recommend this unit.
