Fully Furnished Townhome in Irvine, CA - Corporate Housing Rental - 6801

Dear Jane and CHBO, We were so lucky to stay here. We loved everything about the house. The location, facilities, and everything Jane put there for us. We barely had to buy anything to get settled. There're rice cooker, printer, even kids' toys. The kids can go to great school in walking area. We felt so grateful. It's so hard to leave. Thank you so very much. We'd give 10 stars. ??????????

A little piece of paradise! We rented this condo for several years. It was extremely comfortable, well equipped, quiet, convenient and had the added bonus of three bedrooms. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch, hiking the local trails, taking our grandchildren to the neighborhood park and chatting with our friendly neighbors. The community gated pool was lovely as well. Crystal Cove State Park was incredibly gorgeous and only a few minutes drive from the condo as was idyllic Fashion Island and Corona Del Mar. We were extremely fortunate to have Jane as our landlord. She promptly saw to whatever rarely needed to be fixed, truly cared about our comfort and was the nicest person to deal with. A five star plus rental!

We have been renting Jane's condo on and off for the last nine years. It is quiet, meticulously clean, and well-furnished with high-end amenities. We initially used it as a family home with our young child while we moved from the east coast. We enjoyed it so much that my parents then rented it for several years while they visited us. The tree-lined neighborhood is safe and close to all of Newport Beach's attractions. It is also a short walk from a local park and several hiking trails. As a landlord, Jane has gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She quickly responds to questions via phone and email to ensure that our stay is as smooth as possible. All of the appliances and electronics are kept up-to-date and the condo is professionally cleaned each week. With Jane's assistance, our family has been able to successfully relocate from the east coast and my parents have enjoyed it during their visits over the last four years.

Me & my Family stayed at this beautiful house in this June, The Owner more than perfect & she's really helpful I do appreciate your coordination Thanks A lot Jane for letting us stay in, The house in the heart of OC all locations & attraction so close. As a family father the 1st thing i think about the safety which was perfect its a safe city the house & furniture modern I do recommended to all families seniors honey moon the pool was so nice the owner was so friendly and understands your needs she is really nice as now I consider another vacation in the same place in future. this place way better than staying in a hotel i had my kids with me so they enjoy it too specially the pool, I do thank you again Jane there was no issues at all all no problems everything was really perfect Bader Hasan

My family and I stayed at Jane's house for a whole month during the last summer, it was one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever had. It wasn't the first time we spend our vacation in Irvine, but staying at this house added much to our experience.
