My home has had plenty of TLC because it was my beloved home for 8 years before I moved to Florida. After being a long distance landlord for over ten years, I moved back in and spent a year sprucing and renovating the home. It’s in beautiful condition and ready to rent to a family who needs temporary housing for six months to a year or longer or until they are ready to settle down or move again.
My house is also perfect for the corporate executive who is in town on business and wants a place large enough to entertain or have family or friends visit while on assignment.
I have over ten years experience renting this home and have plenty of resources and knowledge on how to keep the tenants comfortable and satisfied.
