I am a local Real Estate Broker and Investor, owner of Modern Milwaukey Real Estate LLC. I have been in business for over 16 years and started investing in rentals about 7 years ago. I do not have many units but the ones I have are in nice areas and great condition with updates. Just recently I decided to turn 2 of my units into furnished apartments. I am very excited with the turnout and feedback so far. I take my business very personal and serious, customer service is very important to me. I am a father of 3, I own a local daycare as well where my daughter works, family and safety is important to me in my personal life and that reflects in the way my units and tenants are taken care of. I have other short-term rentals. Aside from those I have regular local long term tenants in 8 other units.
