Jennifer and Grant have lived in Troy, OH since 2002. Retired from their lifelong professions, they now also own and operate a business in Troy. This apartment is the only living space in the building. The lower portion is a non-retail business owned by Jennifer and Grant. Their home is just 6 minutes away and this is their only property for rent. Expedient and helpful resolution of any issue is their priority.

Your "home away from home" is situated on State Rte 25A in beautiful Troy, OH. The area is "mixed use" with houses, businesses, churches, and municipal buildings in a one quarter mile stretch.
