This townhome holds a special place in my heart as it was my first home purchase. Being in pure commission sales, it was a big accomplishment to purchase this property while being under 30 years old at the time (in 2020).

I treat this home as it deserves, with love.

I was fortunate to rent this property out for 2.5 years to the same renter with zero issues. I am looking for another low-maintenance renter who’s in need of a good temporary space to call home.
