I purchased The Tree House in 2011. It has been a great property in all ways - clean, comfortable, safe, quiet - situated on the most popular Corps of Engineers lake in the nation - walking distance to the lake, docks, dining, Pelican Pete's Tiki Bar - close to shopping, entertainment, first class medical facilities - and part of the Atlanta Metro Area, one of the best cities on the East Coast.
