We stayed in this condo during July 2014, and had a wonderful time, the highlight of which was watching three simultaneous fireworks displays from the balcony of the unit on July 4. The condo was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The building is conveniently located to allow for walking to Balboa Park, Little Italy, Bankers Hill, and Gaslamp, as well as accessing the highway and the airport. During our stay we did not hear a sound from any of our neighbors. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the owner provided comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions on accessing the wifi, the garage, etc.
This apartment is very nice, well furnished and in a great building. Everything you might need is in the apartment and it feels new and clean. The internet and cable is EXCELLENT! The entire process from renting to checking out was smooth and they were very accommodating. I would, and have, suggest this place to anyone looking to stay in San Diego.
Reviews
This is a stylish downtown condo that's very well equipped for a work-from-home executive. There's an office (with a sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed), and the wi-fi is strong. The kitchen is also very nice and well appointed, with a very generous supply of coffee and other pantry items. The apartment is well situated for an easy walk to the Gas Lamp, Little Italy or Bankers Hill. The only downside for me is the parking garage: The corners are quite tight, so if you have a car like mine with a wide turn radius, you may have to allot some extra time to get in and out of the garage. Otherwise, I highly recommend this condo and look forward to my return.
