During my first trip to NOLA with my family, we were determined to find a location near New Orleans that had all the amenities we needed. I rented a van and parked in the gated parking area. The spot was easy to find, and plenty of space to get in and out. This rental had plenty of bedrooms and space for my family. They enjoyed unpacking and using the closets and drawers for all their items. Having 2 Clean, full bathrooms was a bonus with my family We cooked a few meals during the stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The dining room was perfect for enjoying a meal, gathering, and playing board games with the family. At night, we unwind, watching family movies in the living room; we were all cozy and comfortable. Our family had an amazing time making memories here, and we can’t wait to return for more!

Thanks so much for a great stay! The condo is in a great location, very quick walk to Magazine Street and very close to the St. Charles train. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Easy access to free laundry on the same floor of the unit and free parking if you have a car. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware. Very quick response time when we contacted with questions. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in New Orleans.
We needed a place to stay after our home sustained damage from Hurricane Ida. This location was perfect. Off street gated parking gave me a sense of security when coming home late. The condo is on the St. Charles street car line and there's a ton of restaurants within walking distance or only a short drive away. Owner was super easy to deal with and the property was quiet and doesn't have a lot of activity with tenants. I only saw a handful of people in a month's time. The kitchen is really small and doesn't have a ton of storage space for food, but with all the good food nearby who's cooking anyway! The washer/dryer are shared with other tenants on the same floor, but we never encountered a wait or conflict.
A rarity in the city, you have a great sunset view right out the living room window and the pool area is a sweet bonus! I'd highly recommend this property.
We couldn't be more happy about finding this condo. My project manager was working on project on Nola and after trying a few Airbnb and Vrbo and not having any luck. I found this place for them and they loved it. The owner was fast and very nice through the whole stay. The location is excellent! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
I was fortunate enough to have found this amazing condo while I was here doing a travel nursing assignment. My co- travel nurse and I could not have asked for anything more from the accommodations nor the owner/landlord. Everything was in perfect condition and no detail was left undone. It was furnished with more than expected furnishings and household items. The neighbors were friendly and inviting as well. I can’t say enough about this housing experience along with the location. It could not have been anymore convenient to wonderful restaurants and shopping!! Would definitely recommend this great find to anyone needing short term housing!!!

Home away from home! Spacious, Clean, Comfortable, has everything you need. I was so sad to end the contract, I really felt owner was my friend, through the entire time she was there to assist, answer questions, recommend and also being flexible. We first rented the unit for our Foremen, and they enjoyed the stay very much. I also went to spend some weekends and New Years and the location of the unit is a must. I would always give it an A +. If you are thinking of renting during Mardi Gras, location is the best!!
