Modern 1 BR with Private Deck - Corporate Housing Rental - 16465

My wife and I recently stayed for two months. The rental was exactly as advertised/imaged. The unit is in a very quiet and safe residential area with walking access to basic shopping and public transportation. We never heard a neighbor from within the rental. We chose to use the garage because street parking was inconsistent. Mark & Vanessa are friendly and responded immediately to the few issues that arose.

I stayed at this location for six months while working on one of our contracts. Mark and Vanessa were amazing and the apartment was perfect. Clean, updated, nicely furnished, quiet, and just right for someone who wanted quick and easy access to various things and locations. My husband, Kyle and dog, Diesel has the pleasure to stay at Mark's and Vanessa's 1bedroom home over the past 3 months. I will start with saying that they are excellent landlords through their prompt communication, accommodating nature to being informative about the area during our entire stay in SF. The home itself has everything you could possible need in amenities and its utilities. It is beautifully furnished with a comfortable patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The location is prime as its located in the charming neighborhood of Ashbury Heights - safe and secure while being walking distance to Buena Vista Park and Corona Heights. It is enough space to feel worth it, and cozy enough to feel far from the city but smack dap in the middle. We recommend this place to anyone whom may be visiting SF for awhile.
