Reviews
I lived here for 14 months ending in December, 2020.It was a perfect experience. The unit is the lower floor of a two story home on a hill and so is very quiet. The Bay view is spectacular! It is very well furnished and I don't recall ever needing anything that was not already in the unit. Mary Ann was a lovely host and always immediately responsive to any request. And Pt. Richmond is a very charming community. I can sum it all up by saying that I asked her if she would consider making it a condo which I would buy.
