Newly Renovated Townhome (All Inclusive) - Corporate Housing Rental - 24290

Excellent property and landlord! 1st off, the property is exactly as shown in the photos, no bait and switch here. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. Could not ask for a better landlord. Kim was quick to respond and kept me informed of things going on around the property (tree trimming and maintenance activities, etc). I'd give 6 stars if I could, cant say enough good things.

I cannot say enough about Kim Kennedy and our experience leasing "The Farm" from her. My family and I sold our house and needed a place to stay until our new home was completed. We had absolutely everything we needed to move in and stay comfortably. It was hard to leave because her place was so beautiful, it's a fantastic location and Kim was so on top of things. I would not hesitate to refer anyone. We had long experience building and Kim provided a lovely, safe and cozy place for us to call "home"!

Kim Kennedy is a fantastic landlord! Kim was totally responsive to all our rental requests and provided five-star service and a five-star property for our temporary stay. Kim's attention to detail in stocking "The Farm" with the acoutriments, necessities, and pleasantries to make it feel like a home were exceptional and very much recognized and appreciated. The move-in condition was immaculate, the property itself was gorgeous, centrally located to everywhere we needed to be and go and get to, and Kim filled the property with all the amenities we needed to have an extremely comfortable home-like stay. We would definitely reach out to Kim about securing the property again should the need arise, and we will definitely refer any potential clients her way should the opportunity present itself. We highly recommend choosing to stay with Kim and this particular "Farm" property should you get a chance. It's a lovely everything included two-story stay in a nice, quiet, safe-feeling, tucked away development!
