Details and Terms

Month to month rate is $1,250. 3 month or longer rental rate is $1,150 per month. No pets allowed. House rules - Laundry to be done prior to 11pm during weekdays . TV & music are to be kept down after 11pm on weekdays, 1130pm on weekends, no smoking inside of the home, no garage access, first monthly payment is due prior to arrival, rent is due on the first of each month of your stay thereafter & is considered late if not paid by the end of business day on the fifth of the month, rent paid after the 5th day will incur a $50 late fee, Minimum notice of 14 days is required if you decide to leave earlier than agreed upon. Keep shared spaces clean.
