Great location, fun community! This apartment is right in the heart of the town, within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. Private entrance, very clean, completely furnished with everything you will need. I leased the apartment for a year to do some renovations on my house. I was able to bring my clothes and a few personal items and function seamlessly. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, doing laundry, cable and fast internet, so you can get your office tasks done without ever leaving the house. Great area to live in. Everything you need is within walking distance. Carriage house is clean and spacious and comfortable. I lived there for the past 3 years and enjoyed every minute. The owner, Anthony, is very friendly and quick to address any needs you have. Nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly folks. All furnishings are comfortable up to date. Quiet, safe carriage house accessed via private entrance. There are enclosed stairs with a handrail. This apartment has designated parking right next to the entrance. There is plenty of natural lighting as well as desk lamps and overhead lighting. Both the bedroom and the living/kitchen have ceiling fans. All of the windows open. The bed is a queen sized bed. The kitchen includes a 4 burner stove, 2 rack oven, and dishwasher. During the warmers months there is a Saturday Farmers' Market (see photos) with a variety of local produce - some of which is organic. Mt. Laurel has a pharmacy and small grocery store. The restaurants include one of the better places to eat in Birmingham with a New American Cuisine menu of locally sourced ingredients. This apartment is in great condition with lots of charm and plenty of design details. Anthony is professional and pleasant. I did not have any maintenance issues or problems with the furnishings. I am only leaving because my business contract is no longer in town. If I ever return to town, this is my first choice for housing. Anthony is welcome to release my contact information to prospective residents. As you see from the reviews, we all very much enjoyed living here. This is a very relaxing and comfortable place to call home.

From the very first day apartment felt like home for me. It is very well furnitured and decorated and perfectly maintained. The owner Anthony is extremely helpful and supportive. The area around is safe - it was one of the most important items for me, I could walk around easily. In addition it is very beautiful around. There is a forest with the lake, I used to jog there in the mornings and sometimes even swim. It is good to have a bike ride around along the roads too. I enjoyed autumn garage sale and celebrations on Harvest season and Halloween. Neighbors are very friendly. Also it is very convenient to have small store in just 2 min walk from the apartment and also nice pizza place and dentist office:) I would definitely recommend to stay here and would also stayed here again by possibility.

Excellent location in Mt. Laurel. Walking distance to Town Square with shops, restaurants, etc. Very nice, furnished one bedroom apt with many amenities. Fantastic landlord.

Our corporation has rented this apartment for over 5 years. I have used the apartment for 3.5 years. I love the area, the apartment is very comfortable, the furnishings are well appointed, the landlord is very responsive and keeps the apartment in excellent operating condition. I would highly recommend the apartment given its location, quality and the landlord. I am moving out because my position no longer needs to be in Birmingham. I am happy to talk with anyone who is serious about renting.
