ecaucutt, 2011-07-06 My husband, 4 year-old daughter, and I stayed here for 6 months while we visted Stanford. It is a fantastic place. The house and yard are beautiful. We brought a few things with us, but the house is well stocked. The location is great. You are a block from the village area of Los Altos, and a few blocks from the library and a park. We often walked into town for dinner or lunch on the weekend, and the library is one of the best I have seen. The best thing is that the owners live next door. They were very prompt with any repair and helpful with any questions we had about the area, but were not at all intrusive. We had a wonderful sabbatical, and most of that was due to the house we chose. |
