collettelarsen, 2012-05-24 Heaven on earth! We rented this home in September, 2011 thinking we would be here about three months as we waited for a double lung/heart transplant for my daughter. We needed to be close to Stanford and it was important that we live in a clean home in a peaceful, serene setting. As it turned out, we stayed nearly nine months and truly loved every moment of it. This home is within walking distance of the village of Los Altos so we took advantage of all community happenings. We loved being so close to the Community Center where my grandson thoroughly enjoyed his Kinder Prep program. Also, to be able to walk to the library and the museum was a nice bonus. And of course, the fabulous shopping and wonderful restaurants are all just a few minutes away. This home is quiet, comfortable and cozy. Our agreement included weekly cleaning service and yard care. We brought our clothing and a few creature comforts but everything else was provided. The home is very well stocked. And yes, my daughter is doing wonderfully. Truly a miracle. We're headed back to San Diego and we're leaving with the fondest memories of our time in this beautiful home. Collette Larsen (619) 750-7532 |
