My wife and I were very excited when we found this place. We are thinking about moving to Portland and wanted to try a few areas out our first couple of months there. JP's communication is horrible, I had to reach out to CHBO in order to get him to respond to a message. The listing says a 30-day minimum and he told us 30 days is not long enough then proceeded to ignore my reply asking what his minimum stay requirement is. Save your time and don't bother trying to book this place, it is just a headache waiting to happen.
